On August 5, the training program of the UCU Business School for the High Anti-Corruption Court (HAC) started in Kyiv with the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine (EUACI).

Ukrainian institutions must continue working behind the scenes to resist the war with Russia, particularly strengthening their independence and efficiency. Continuous professional development of employees directly affects the achievement of this result.

In 2021, EUACI experts conducted a comprehensive study of the training needs of judges and the HACC apparatus. The research results formed the training program for the Court's apparatus, which consists of 5 modules.

The first module was devoted to "Reforms and people management". Together with Oleksandr Starodubtsev, ex-head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service and a leader of the state procurement reform, the participants discussed the transformation of the state institution in the conditions of change and considered the case of Prozorro.

Another speaker was Valery Pekar, a lecturer at the UCU Business School and a member of the Board of Directors of the The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI). He spoke about the evolution of thinking, leadership, state formation and the world in an evolutionary model.

As part of the third topic, "Personnel management and organizational culture", the lecturer of the UCU Business School, Olena Sklyarenko, spoke about the formation and change of the cultural code, Tuckman's model of team development and how to increase the efficiency of human capital.

The next "Communications and Leadership" module will be held in September.
