The “Institute of Legislative Ideas” analyzes the draft laws, to be considered by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, to with the aim to reveal and eliminate possible corruption risks.

During the work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 8th convocation from 2015 to 2018, experts of the Institute of Legislative Ideas analyzed 5940 draft laws before the first reading of Parliament hearings. Corruption factors were found in 538 draft laws. The results of the analysis, with the comments and remarks of experts, were sent to the Committee on Corruption Prevention and Counteraction].

In 2019, during the work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 9th convocation, 656 draft laws were analyzed by experts of “Institute of Legislative Ideas”, corruption risks were identified in 60 of them, and 204 were returned with comments and remarks of the experts.
