Review of regulatory acts in Mykolaiv

News

On 3 May, the process of revising local regulatory legislation was launched in Mykolaiv City Council with the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative.

The goal is to increase the level of transparency and accountability of local authorities.

The working group includes representatives of local authorities, city council members, and the business community. The group also includes Taras Khavunka, EUACI Senior Advisor on Good Governance, and Iryna Sharovska, an expert at the Lviv Regulatory Hub.

“As a result, entrepreneurs will have more opportunities for development, which will lead to increased employment and improved socio-economic situation in the region. In addition, clear and transparent rules will help attract new investments, which is an important factor in the region’s recovery,” explained Taras Khavunka.

The revision process will take several months.
