EUACI and ARMA to hold the first forum on management of seized assets

On 15 November, the first forum on management of seized assets “FORMA” will be held in Kyiv. The event is organized by the ARMA and the EUACI. The forum will be useful to the companies that are interested in the management of arrested assets or consider such an opportunity.

The Ambassador of Denmark to Ukraine, Ruben Madsen, Head of Cooperation of the EU Delegation in Ukraine, Stefan Schleuning, Head of ARMA, Anton Yanchuk, Head of EUACI, Eka Tkeshelashvili,  as well as leading experts in the field of counteraction and fight against corruption from Belgium, Italy, Denmark and Ukraine will participate in the event.

At the forum, the representatives of ARMA and the business community will have an opportunity to openly discuss the asset management itself, as well as benefits and features of public-private cooperation. There will be discussions on practical issues such as: trends and tools for effective interaction during the procedures of transferring seized assets to managing company, specifics of managing certain types of seized assets, and the best international experience in the field.

Business associations will be able to use the Forum “FORMA” as a platform for establishing professional contacts and cooperation.
