EUACI launched the second wave of coaching for women at NABU

The EU Anti-Corruption Initiative has supported the launch of a new leadership programme for women at the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine after the success of the course delivered in 2025.

Last year, we supported coaching for women at the Bureau for the first time. At the start, 70% of women reported a high level of emotional strain and self-doubt. By the end of the programme, participants spoke of clearer goals, a stronger ability to lead their teams, and more confident decision-making under uncertainty.

What’s in the new programme?

44 NABU women staff members took part in a session on leadership under increased responsibility, completed an assessment using the AgileBrain methodology, and worked on initiatives they would like to put into practice. Based on the results, five participants will receive three months of individual coaching.

The programme is led by Iryna Zolotarevych, MCC ICF — a top-level certified coach who combines expertise in coaching, leadership, and strategic communications.

EUACI continues to support women building careers in Ukraine’s anti-corruption sector, because institutional reform starts not only from the outside, but from within.
