Women’s Leadership at NABU: Anti-Corruption Change Starts from Within

The EU Anti-Corruption Initiative has supported a coaching programme for women at @NABU to help them develop leadership skills, self-confidence, emotional resilience, and inner strength.

45 participants, dozens of honest stories, new approaches to self-realization — all of this became a starting point for deeper transformations, both professional and personal.

💬 “Coaching helped me overcome internal barriers and doubts.”
💬 “I gained a better understanding of my strengths.”
💬 “Coaching helped me clearly define my goals.”

The program was implemented by Iryna Zolotarevych, MCC ICF, founder of the International Upscaling Coaching Agency.
