With the EUACI support, NACP employees trained for ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System

The employees of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) have completed a five-day training course ISO 37001 “Anti-Bribery Management System” with the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI). Successful completion of the course opens the opportunity for the NACP employees to obtain a certificate from the international certified center PECB on the qualification level ISO 37001.

ISO 37001 is the first international anti-bribery management system standard designed to improve qualifications and acquire the necessary skills to apply the world’s best anti-corruption practices.

The acquired knowledge will allow sharing of world-class anti-corruption practices among the authorized units/persons on prevention and detection of corruption in public authorities and local governments.

Recently with the EUACI help, the NABU became the first Ukrainian agency certified for ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System. The EUACI has been strengthening the operational capacity of anti-corruption bodies in Ukraine since 2017 by providing expert support for the accelerated institutional development of governmental bodies.
