The Visit of Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs to NABU

News

On September 11, the NABU hosted a meeting of the Bureau’s leadership, the SAPO Head Oleksand Klymenko, together with the head of EUACI and the Head of the board of the Anti-Corruption Action Center Vitalii Shabunin.

The reason for the joint discussion was the visit of Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs Annalena Baerbock.

“Minister Burbock’s visit sends a powerful message of solidarity and support to Ukrainian anti-corruption institutions, reminding us that even in the most difficult times, we can still work together to uphold the values of transparency and accountability. We are grateful for her leadership and look forward to continuing our joint efforts to promote integrity” – Allan Pagh Kristensen, Head of EUACI.

The meeting was devoted to the issues of proper functioning of anti-corruption institutions, which need support from international partners and the Government.
