On September 8, the head of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine (EUACI) Eka Tkeshelashvili took part in the training for regional journalists in Chernihiv. The workshop was held within the framework of the project “Accurately reflecting the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement in Ukrainian media”.

The project aims to strengthen the opportunities and knowledge of regional media in covering issues related to the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.
Participants of the project received reliable and complete information about the European integration and certain provisions of the Agreement. They also discussed with Eka Tkeshelashvili the issues of anti-corruption processes in the country.

According to the idea of organizers, such trainings will increase the number of quality journalistic materials and information materials in regional media about the process of European integration and anti-corruption initiatives of the EU.

The training is implemented by Solidarity Fund PL together with the Ukrainian NGO “Internews Ukraine”.
