Price Monitoring Manual (UKR)

The Mykolaiv City Council and the Agency for Restoration are the first local government and state customer to develop and approve detailed procedures for mandatory monitoring of prices for goods and basic material for reconstruction projects. Experts from the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative contributed to the development of the new procedures and documented the experience of Mykolaiv City Council and the Agency for Restoration in a manual.
