Procurement of IT equipment for the National Agency on Corruption Prevention.

Description:

The European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine (EUACI) is the biggest European Union (EU) support programme in the area of anti-corruption in Ukraine, co-funded and implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark on behalf of the EU.

The overall objective of EUACI is reduction of corruption in Ukraine at the national and local level. One of its beneficiaries is the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP). The NACP is a central executive body with a special status. It is responsible for the development of anti-corruption policy and prevention of corruption.

The NACP’s information resources, such as the Information System for Monitoring the Implementation of the State Anti-Corruption Policy (SACP), the Training Platform, and the Knowledge Base, have been created and developed to coordinate, evaluate, and enhance the effectiveness of the Anti-Corruption Strategy, as well as to monitor the implementation of the SACP.

To ensure the sustainable and reliable functioning of the aforementioned resources, it is necessary to improve the hardware capacity of the NACP IT infrastructure. There is a need to strengthen the NACP's hardware and software systems with a modern disk array to store backups, increase fault tolerance, and ensure productivity, flexibility, and efficiency of information resources storage aimed at implementing the SACP.

The objective of the procurement is to supply the NACP with the modern data storage system to expand the capacity of its IT infrastructure for the storing of critical data.

Availability and quality of goods, ability to deliver them on time and reliability of the supplier are the highest priorities of the EUACI while the war is continuing. Therefore, these criteria will be used by the EUACI to identify the appropriate suppliers.
