Call for Expression of Interest for the Provision of Cleaning Services
EU Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine (EUACI) seeks expression of interest for the provision of cleaning services at its office premises at 20 Velyka Zhytomyrska street, Kyiv with a total area of 406,98 square meters.
Interest is sought from individuals with previous experience in cleaning office premises and property. Basic knowledge of the English language would be an advantage.
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work includes sweeping and in-depth cleaning floors in the open space areas, offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and toilets, dusting and thorough cleaning all office furniture, walls, mirrors, windows and glass surfaces, litter disposal, fixing and refilling paper and soap dispensers. Regular disinfection of certain surfaces and objects, such as door knobs and handles, countertops, light switches, tables and chairs, is also required during the COVID-19 outbreak. All janitorial supplies and equipment will be provided by EUACI.
The services shall be delivered Monday through Friday during normal business hours (preferably 0900-1200 hrs) excluding the EUACI public holidays. A successful candidate will be offered an employment contract with the Danish Embassy, which demands a security clearance by the Danish authorities.
