It provides an unprecedented level of transparency and efficiency of criminal proceedings and is in line with the holistic approach of the digitalization strategy of the government of Ukraine. The EUACI has been a staunch supporter of digitalization in the anti-corruption field. We are proud that with our support NABU, SAPO and HACC will be the first to launch the eCase management system and by that mark the beginning of the digitalization of criminal proceedings in Ukraine. Experience of the introduction of the eCase management systems in EU member states shows remarkable results – it changes the mindset in law enforcement and judiciary, increases tenfold effectiveness of law enforcement agencies, strengthens collaboration and enables efficient use of resources.”
