Small Grants Contests are part of the “Integrity Cities” project implemented by EUACI in cooperation with local authorities in five Ukrainian cities — Zhytomyr, Mariupol, Nikopol, Chervonohrad, and Chernivtsi.

The project aims to increase the transparency of local authorities and government-led organizations by introducing innovative means to control their work and broader engagement of local communities in the decision-making process.

The initiatives within the project include establishing an Open Budget system for cities and local schools, launching of online reception and a number of others.
