‘On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine regarding the compliance of Article 368-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine

In 2018, with the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine (EUACI), an independent external technical assessment of ARMA was conducted by a group of international experts, whose report provided a number of recommendations for further strengthening the Agency's institutional and professional capacity, including the following recommendations on its role in planning asset seizures in criminal proceedings (UKR version).

This report provides an external technical assessment of the National agency of Ukraine for finding, tracing and management of assets. The document analyses the operational and institutional efficiency, effectiveness and independence of ARMA. This technical assessment is not a substitute for the assessment and audit required by the ARMA Law.

This report presents the findings of an independent expert review of the NABU's effectiveness, efficiency and independence. This analysis was commissioned by international partners (the US Embassy in Ukraine and the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine) at the request of the NABU.
