Mykolaivvodokanal will become the first municipal enterprise in Mykolaiv and the second in Ukraine to establish a Supervisory Board. Two more of the city’s largest municipal enterprises will establish a Supervisory Board as decided by the City Council.

Establishing a Supervisory Board is a significant step towards enhancing transparency, resource management efficiency, and service quality for the community. Together with the Mykolaiv City Council, we are working to ensure that the transformation of the local municipal sector becomes a model for other cities in Ukraine.
