Representatives of the NACP Integrity Office conducted a two-day training for the educators in the Zakarpattia region

Representatives of the Integrity Office of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) conducted a two-day training for the leadership of education departments and offices in the Zakarpattia region. The event was held with the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative.

During the training, participants learned how to integrate integrity practices into the educational process in an engaging and accessible way. They explored teaching materials, interactive methodologies, and tools that can be applied within the framework of the “Transparent School” project.

Educators from Zakarpattia also gained insights into:
▪️ Developing the mission, vision, and values of a school;
▪️ Applying the OKR methodology for planning;
▪️ Attracting additional funding;
▪️ Building effective collaboration with parent communities.

The Integrity Office team also presented the “Educational Navigator” guidelines—a practical manual designed for managers of secondary education institutions to help them organize activities based on the principles of integrity.
