NABU to sharpen their skills with the eCase Management System developer at its Head Office

News

With the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI), experts from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) have been visiting the developer Synergy International Systems in Armenia to learn the experience of administering the electronic case management system (e-Case). The study visit lasts from 11 to 29 January 2021.

In 2019, EUACI supported the development of the e-Case Management System for the anti-corruption institutions in Ukraine – NABU, Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO), and High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC). e-Case is Ukraine’s first and only electronic case system to optimize the duration of the pre-trial investigation of anti-corruption agencies. Today, the e-Case Management System is at the stage of implementation in each of the authorities.

To further implement the project in NABU, the Bureaus administrators need to improve their skills and knowledge of the technical features of the e-Case system architecture and administration of e-Case system components. Thus, the study tour to e-Case developers Synergy International Systems is significant for the approaching independent e-Case system administration.

EUACI conducts capacity development measures for all anti-corruption institutions of Ukraine regularly since 2017, providing them with technical and expert support on strategic and tactical levels.
