Transparent and efficient procurement processes are key factors in the successful implementation of recovery projects. The State Agency for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine is launching a new software development project to monitor the procurement processes with the EUACI support.
The System has several key functions:
🔸 rapidly identify high-risk procurements;
🔸 comprehensive evaluation of procurement results;
🔸 monitoring and evaluating of contract execution generating reports for stakeholders.
In addition, the new software will automatically monitor procurements for procedural violations and areas for possible development of the risk assessment system.
The new IT-tool is expected to become the basis for further development of procurement management and control systems for public entities and stakeholders analyzing the efficiency of public spending.
