Corruption is scared of ‘your control.’ The EUACI has implemented the awareness campaign “Corruption is not a heritage” with the support of the EUACI

Electronic petitions, public hearings, and public councils are tools of public control that are already operating in Ukraine and bring positive effects.

To explain more about the instruments, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention has implemented the national awareness campaign “Corruption is not a heritage”. The campaign was developed with the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative.

The campaign aims to involve the public in monitoring the work of authorities in order to make their work more transparent, effective and to reduce corruption in Ukraine.

The campaign’s informational materials were broadcast on national and local TV channels, displayed in public transport, at railway stations and on Ukrzaliznytsia trains, in administrative service centers (CNAPs), other government buildings, and on city streets.

Video clips, billboards, city lights, and posters explaining which public control tool to use in different situations and how it works were distributed across all government-controlled regions of Ukraine
