hromadske presents documentary movie ‘After the Era of Silence’ created with the support of the EUACI

July 2025. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts a draft law that strips NABU and SAPO of their independence. Peaceful protests begin in cities across the country, demanding that the President veto the law.

Ten years earlier, following the Revolution of Dignity, independent anti-corruption institutions were established in Ukraine. Today, the fight against corruption has become a matter of state policy, a civic movement, and a struggle for the country’s European future.

About those who challenge the system, working every day to make Ukraine a country free of corruption, watch for the documentary film on hromadske’s YouTube channel soon.

The film was produced by hromadske in partnership with the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) with the support of the European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine (EUACI).
