HACC Strategic Session: vision of the court’s institutional development with the EUACI support

On April 25–26, the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) held a strategic session aimed at shaping a strategic vision for the institution’s development in the coming years. The session was facilitated by Vasylyna Yavorska, JustGroup, and held with the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI).

During the strategic session, judges worked on:

  • Conducting a SWOT analysis of HACC’s current state;
  • Defining the shared vision of the Court’s development for the near future;
  • Identifying strategic priorities for the next two years.

Through active discussions and teamwork, the judges agreed on the next steps to further develop the institutional development strategy, in line with the recommendations of the Accounting Chamber’s audit report.

The EU Anti-Corruption Initiative remains committed to supporting HACC and building its capacities as one of our strategic partners in the fight against corruption.
