The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine is looking for professionals with high levels of integrity, responsibility, and excellence, combined with strong analytical skills and a team-oriented mindset.
These very values unite the participants of the student projects organized annually by NABU and the EUACI. Last week, alumni from all years of the NABU Anti-Corruption School and the All-Ukrainian Anti-Corruption Moot Court (VAM*) gathered in Kyiv for the “Ctrl+Justice: Alumni Edition” event.
NABU Director Semen Kryvonos and First Deputy Director Denys Gyulmagomedov told about the insights from the Bureau’s work and career opportunities for young people. Notably, for this current recruitment wave of detectives, prior experience in operational-search activities or pre-trial investigations is not mandatory.

During the event, the EUACI Communications Expert, Yana Ryzak, noted that raising a new generation of lawyers for whom integrity is a foundation, not an “add-on,” is the best investment in a successful Ukraine. The EUACI Project Manager, Oleksandra Miroshnyk, shared insights into the nuances of working as an international law professional.
Beyond discussions, the Alumni Edition served as a platform for networking and exchanging ideas among like-minded peers. The event was held with the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative.
