During November and December 2024, JustGroup with the support of EUACI conducted training sessions tailored for senior and mid-level management of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO). The sessions aimed to enhance leadership skills and address pressing challenges within the organization.
The training covered crucial topics, including emotional leadership in team dynamics, the fundamentals of a systemic approach to organizational management, and contemporary methods for effective decision-making.
Additionally, participants honed practical skills in constructive conflict resolution, enabling them to navigate workplace challenges with greater confidence and efficiency.
