Congratulations to Ukrainian media with the Journalist’s Day

On Journalist’s Day in Ukraine, we celebrate independent journalists — those who ask hard questions, expose corruption, and support democracy, essential for Ukraine’s future in the EU.

Although the full-scale war profoundly changed the work of journalists, they continue to play an essential role in exposing corruption.

At the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative, we are proud to stand with the Ukrainian investigative media and help them through difficult times.

📌 Our latest support includes:

  • Grants for 5 investigative media: Bihus.info, Slidstvo.info, NGL.media, Nikcenter, Ukrainska Pravda
  • Grant program for media launched in partnership with Kyiv Media School
  • Support to European Pravda in covering the processes of Ukraine`s EU accession
  • A capacity-building program and school for regional reporters was implemented with the Media Development Foundation
