The Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance (UNIC), with the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI), held the annual Business Integrity Month 2025. Businesses, government institutions, and civil society united around a shared value — integrity.
The series of events covered key topics including tax compliance, ESG, European integration, veteran reintegration, lobbying, and business resilience.
For the first time in Ukraine, UNIC presented the Business Reputation and Integrity Award — a national recognition for companies that consistently implement transparency, accountability, and compliance.
“The anti-corruption agenda is focused mostly on specialized institutions and government bodies. But it is also Ukrainian society and Ukrainian businesses that are now transforming values, supporting our economy, and paying taxes. Running a business under shelling, while losing investments, production, and staff, is a profound act of sacrifice to Ukrainian society and to our state.
You risk everything — and still choose to cultivate integrity within your teams and by supporting social initiatives. Thank you for everything you do,” said Iryna Shyba, Deputy Head of the EUACI, during the forum “Integrity and Transparency: The Road to Sustainable Investment.”
One of the guiding principles of the EUACI is a comprehensive approach to fostering integrity. Transparent business practices are an essential part of Ukraine’s anti-corruption efforts and national recovery.
