The EU Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine (EUACI) is the European Union’s technical support program in the area of anti-corruption in Ukraine, financed by the European Union, the United Kingdom International Development, and co-financed and implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. The overall objective of the EUACI is to achieve significant progress in preventing and countering corruption, ensuring the coherence and systemic anti-corruption activities of state and local self-government bodies, and to empower civil society and citizens to contribute to the combating of corruption, as well as the proper process of Ukraine’s post-war recovery. The program runs till April 2027.
With the support of the EUACI, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) is deploying an independent IT infrastructure that serves as the foundation for a secure and sustainable digital work environment. To fully utilize this infrastructure, SAPO needs to set up a multifunctional facility for videoconferencing and situational analysis to provide a modern technological environment designed for meetings and videoconferences, real-time collaboration, operational coordination, and decision-making.
The EUACI invites qualified suppliers to tender for the supply and deployment of a multifunctional hybrid meeting and situational analysis system for SAPO.
The project aims to establish a secure and technologically advanced environment for situational analysis, operational coordination, interagency collaboration, video conferencing, and informed decision-making. The solution will include integrated audio-visual, video conferencing, display, control, connectivity, recording, and related equipment and services.
